Dear team,
Please find the information below.
Best regards,
⚠ Important: Do NOT paste HTML code directly into Outlook's signature box — it will show raw tags. Follow the steps below for your device.
How to Set Up Your Signature
Why the extra step? Outlook on Windows does not accept raw HTML paste. Render it in a browser first, then copy the rendered result into Outlook.
1
Click Copy Signature HTML above.
2
Open Notepad → paste Ctrl+V → File → Save As. Set filename sig.html, type to All Files. Save to Desktop.
3
Right-click sig.html → Open with → Microsoft Edge. Signature appears in browser.
4
Press Ctrl+A then Ctrl+C.
5
Open Outlook → File → Options → Mail → Signatures...
6
Click New, name it Buraq Air, click OK. Click inside the large white editor box.
7
Press Ctrl+V. Logo and details appear. Click OK.
8
Set Buraq Air as default for New messages and Replies/forwards. Click OK.
Same as Windows — render the HTML in Safari first, then copy into Outlook.
1
Click Copy Signature HTML above.
2
Open TextEdit → Format → Make Plain Text → paste Cmd+V → save as sig.html on Desktop.
3
Right-click sig.html → Open With → Safari. Signature appears.
5
Open Outlook → Outlook → Preferences → Signatures.
6
Click +, name it Buraq Air. Click inside the editor.
7
Press Cmd+V. Close window to save.
8
Set as default for new emails and replies from the dropdowns.
Outlook Web (OWA) is the easiest method. Go to outlook.office365.com.
1
Click Copy Signature HTML, paste into Notepad/TextEdit, save as sig.html.
2
Open sig.html in browser. Press Ctrl/Cmd+A then Ctrl/Cmd+C.
4
Click View all Outlook settings at the bottom.
5
Go to Mail → Compose and reply → Email signature.
6
Click inside editor and press Ctrl/Cmd+V. Logo and details appear.
7
Tick Automatically include my signature on new messages and replies. Click Save.
Mobile limitation: Outlook mobile only supports plain text. Use Copy Plain Text for this step.
1
Click Copy Plain Text above.
2
iPhone/iPad: Outlook app → profile picture → Settings gear → Signature → clear and paste.
3
Android: Outlook app → three-line menu → Settings → tap account → Signature → clear and paste.
4
Tap Done to save. HTML signature still works on desktop — they are separate settings.
